About the Project

Modern, quality residential complex with two buildings offering a quality of living for families and individuals. You can choose among 40 apartments with functional layouts. The space between the buildings is intended for socialising of the residents. The surrounds of the buildings will be finished with greenery.

There are 20 apartments intended in each building which will be accessible through a common garage via a lift. In addition to the parking places, the garage will also house storages, bicycle rooms and space for parking motorbikes. In each ground floor there will be four apartments, and their quality of living will be emphasised by external, fenced, and separated atriums. Floors first through third will each have four apartments per floor with spacious and covered balconies. The two terrace floors will have each only two 3-bedroom apartments with large, open terraces.

All apartments will be fine finished, appropriate for fixtures and furniture installation. The living areas will feature a wooden parquet, whereas the flooring of the balconies and terraces will be ceramic. The bathrooms will be equipped with all sanitary equipment. The apartments will also feature floor heating, mechanical and natural ventilation, and pre-installations for air conditioning. They will come with quality windows and balcony doors with external electrically operated shading.
